Spread Income

Our spread income or carry trade strategy is executed by raising funding from our international partners and by issuing Notes through private placement to the regional markets and investing those proceeds in a diversified portfolio of fixed income investments at a positive spread.

PROVEN’s Notes are issued in varying structures that offer unique opportunities for Noteholders to benefit from differing opportunities in the market as they may arise. These structures include fixed interest notes, principal-protected equity linked and commodity linked notes, as well as Notes linked to the return on equity of the company.
