Asset Management Company Limited (AMCL), incorporated and domiciled in Jamaica, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Proven Investments Limited. AMCL commenced business operations through the launching of the ‘Easy Own’ product in October 2006 and was later acquired from Scotia Investments Jamaica Limited in 2011. The Company is located at Suite #3, 16 Hope Road, Kingston 10 and our opening hours are 8am – 5pm, Monday – Friday and selected Saturdays.

We offer our customers a wide array of financing solutions through the eZEEas123 brand. Our line of products includes:

Personal and Corporate Loans “eZEE Loan”

Our eZEE personal Loan is an unsecured loan that is repaid through salary deduction. The loan is granted to applicants who have been gainfully employed to an approved company for a minimum of one year. While our eZEE Corporate Loan is offered to registered companies and allows these entities to recapitalize their business, consolidate debt or finance a new project or acquisition.

Business Loans “eZEE Bizz”

Our eZEE Bizz Loans are granted to small and micro business operators that have been operating a successful business for a period in excess of one year. Our eZEE Bizz Loans may be used for working capital support or may be used for the purchase of fixed assets.

Education Loans “eZEE Education”

Our eZEE education Loans are designed to assist students at the primary, secondary and tertiary level with covering expenses such as school fee’s, books and other school supplies. It is granted to students who attend school either full time or part time.

Hire Purchase of consumer durables “eZEE Own” (available through our vendor partners)

Our eZEE Own product is offered to consumers who wish to acquire goods on a hire purchase repayment plan. These plans are offered through our partner vendors around the island and payments are made at their stores. Since commencing business operations in October 2006 we have expanded our product line to include:

• Partnerships with Secondary and tertiary Institutions to provide education loans for its student and administrative population.

• Provision of corporate financing to the business sector

• Provision of personal loans or other credit facilities, such as Insurance Premium Financing (IPF), to the retail market
